Rudy actor turned management consultant sells Lake View home

Luke Massery, who had a small role in the 1993 football film Rudy sold his seven-bedroom, three bath in West Lakeview at 3615 N. Marshfield for $670,000 on Oct. 11 to Richard Hardesty.
Massery paid $564,000 for the home in July 2004. The sale lasted 119 days on the market.
Massery, 26, played the character of the 13-year-old Rudy Ruettiger in Rudy, a film about a young man who fulfills his lifelong dream of playing football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
His most notable line from the movie: when young Rudy insists to his family, "After high school, I'm gonna play football at Notre Dame."
These days, he's a consultant at global management consulting firm Bain & Co. in Chicago. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston.
The native Chicagoan attended Glenbrook South High School in Glenview, where he participated in gymnastics. His father, Mark, wrestled at Northwestern University from 1970-73 and won a national championship at 126 pounds his senior year.
