Potbelly exec sell Lake View 4BD

Potbelly Sandwich Works vice president John Morlock and his wife, Susan, sold their four-bedroom, 3.1 bath at 1445 W. Cuyler for $1.045 million to John and Emily Macentee on Oct. 5.
The Morlocks paid $915,000 for the home, a block north of Irving Park Rd. between Clark St. and Ashland Ave., in June 2004. The home was originally listed at $1.088 million and sold after 45 days on the market.
Mr. Morlock, 51, was named senior vice president of operations and chief operating officer at Potbelly in the winter of 2002. He previously was CEO of national coin laundry chain SpinCycle and has held executive positions at of Clubhouse International Inc., Hollywood Entertainment Corp., Einstein Bros. Bagels and Boston Chicken, Inc.
Mrs. Morlock, 44, is the VP of Human Resources at Chart House Enterprises, an upscale restaurant chain headquartered in Chicago.
